Recovery

Professional treatments designed to help you recover, reduce tension, and feel your best inside and outside the gym.

Wellbeing

&

How your body recovers, adapts, and resets between sessions plays a huge role in how you feel day to day and how well you progress over time.

The focus is simple: help you feel better, move better, and recover properly.

At Fitness Inferno, our on-site treatment room is focused on exactly that. Supporting your recovery,

improving how your body moves, and giving you time to reset both physically and mentally.

Treatments are delivered by Dr. Arooj Akram, a Doctor in Health Psychology and qualified Hijama

(cupping) practitioner. Her approach combines a strong understanding of wellbeing with hands-on

therapies designed to reduce tension, support circulation, and promote recovery. Dr. Arooj Akram brings a

unique combination of academic and practical expertise.

While some treatments—like cupping—may not be considered mainstream, they have been used for

generations and are increasingly being used alongside modern recovery methods. Many people

incorporate them into their routine to manage muscle tightness, support relaxation, and improve overall

wellbeing.

Dry Cupping

A gentle, non-invasive technique that uses suction to lift the tissue. Commonly used to relieve muscle tightness, improve circulation, and support recovery.

Wet Cupping (Hijama)

A traditional therapy used as part of a holistic approach to wellbeing. Often chosen by those looking to support overall health, circulation, and recovery.
